The following terms apply to the NDI SDK and NDI components incorporated in Mirage, to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not restrict rights granted under the separate licenses of open-source components or mandatory rights under applicable law.

You may not modify the NDI SDK or NDI components, circumvent their technical limitations, or remove, obscure, or alter their proprietary notices or labels. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or recompile the NDI SDK, NDI components, or their protocols, or attempt to do so, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

NDI and its licensors provide their components without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NDI and its licensors disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Mirage or the NDI components.

You must comply with relevant United States export laws and regulations and must not export or re-export the NDI components in violation of those laws.

If you are a third-party developer using this product to develop another product that uses NDI, you must comply with the NDI SDK license, maintain current and complete NDI compatibility, and include the applicable terms required by section 3(d) of that license in your end-user license agreement.
